• The Award Inspection Program is the ONLY independent and anonymous restaurant inspection program in North America.
  
  
• Award qualification requires a restaurant to be in business under the same ownership for three years and pass a 75-point evaluation conducted by trained industry professionals.
  
  
• The recipient retains The Award for three years by maintaining all requirements and standards of excellence and is then re-inspected.
